Absolutely YESS!!!and should be yes..

I like to say yes because in my opinion not everyone is always get a good result and there are some students who really deserved to achive a really good score but finally they don't because of few matters..Plus, sometimes what we expected doesn't mean we surely can get it at that time.It might be tomorrow,next week,next month or may be next year..So it's the same as we apply in this kind of situation.May be 1st and 2nd semester we didn't score but who knows we can get a good one on 3rd semester..Therefore there is no such way to stop giving them a monetary incentives.So in this case, we should not stop their allowance and what so ever otherwise can make them down and upset yet to worry on how to find such a money to spend.Even to spend a penny!!..

What can i conclude here is giving them(KP2 students) a monetary incentives can make them score a good result and for sure can at least rescore their CGPA...
